Bio-DINO Benchmarks

Bio-DINO is a family of frozen biodiversity image encoders for natural photographs of living organisms. This Space summarizes released Bio-DINO checkpoints, including the compact S/14 and M/14 distilled models, reference-model context and local benchmark/runtime measurements.

Released Bio-DINO Variants

Aggregate scores use each dataset's default metric, normalized against the reference-model range for that benchmark with raw min-max scaling, then averaged. Values can exceed 1.0 when a released Bio-DINO variant beats the reference maximum for a benchmark.
